Q: When will my order ship?
A: Please refer to the lead time acknowledgement accepted when you originally placed your order. Our lead times vary based on the time of the year, but we strive to provide quick product and fast shipping, without sacrificing the quality of the product we produce. If you have still not received your product after the lead time has passed, please reach out to us and we will work on getting your product out to you as soon as possible!
 
Q: I received a shipment notification but my tracking number is not working. Did my order ship?
A: With the number of orders that we are currently receiving, you may receive notification that your shipping label was printed prior to your order actually leaving our shop. We currently print shipping labels when the order is starting production, which could take anywhere from 1 day, to 3 days to complete. Please note that it may take 24 hours or more for shipping details to populate to your tracking number.
 
Q: I do not see my firearm/weapon light listed as an option on your holsters? Will you make me one that fits?
A: At this time, we do not offer holsters for every firearm and weapon light combination. We are constantly adding to our long list of compatible firearms and weapon lights, but we cannot make holsters for every model at this time. If your firearm is not listed, or the weapon light for your firearm is not listed, then we cannot produce a holster or product for you at this time. If you have placed an order requesting a holster to fit a firearm or weapon light combination that is not offered, we will refund your purchase upon request.
 
Q: I want to make an edit to my order. Can you do ___ for me?
A: All changes to orders already made require us to cancel your previous order and you to complete a new order on the website. When purchasing any Gerber Holster custom product, all customers acknowledge on the product page that once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed due to the method of production that we are currently using. If you receive confirmation that your order is completed, you are unable to cancel your order to make any changes per the acknowledgement agreed upon during ordering.
