Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, you must do so prior to the order being shipped. Gerber Holsters is not responsible for order errors by the customer, and will follow order instructions as selected by the customer.

Order Return

Gerber Holsters would gladly accept your return for any products that were damaged in shipping or inaccurate to the customer’s order. If you wish to process an order return, you must contact Gerber Holsters at customerservice@gerberholsters.com within 7 business days of receiving your package. If you order return is approved, you must ship your return package within 14 days of the initial delivery. Due to the nature of custom holsters, Gerber Holsters is unable to accept any returns for custom-built holsters and products, unless there is damage to the upon receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If a product is returned in a condition that is less than original, then the customer is liable for the costs associated with the loss in value to that product.
